Like many Canadians, residents of Brandon and the surrounding area have faced challenges in accessing primary health care. For years, governments, emergency rooms, and medical clinics have worked to address the ongoing issue of high patient demand and a limited number of family physicians. Wheat City Medical Clinic was created to help support this need in our community.

In 2007, our Management Group, together with local investors, established Wheat City Medical Clinic with the goal of recruiting physicians to the Brandon area and providing a supportive practice environment. Our clinic model focuses on helping patients stay connected to their primary care providers through both scheduled appointments and daily walk-in services. This approach has been well-received, and Wheat City Medical Clinic continues to grow as part of the local health-care landscape.
